My name is Dominique Sivak, and I am the Chief People Officer (CPO) at Zencargo. 

As the CPO at Zencargo, I oversee the growth, culture, performance, and working harmony of the beautiful people and teams within our organisation.

Ask almost anybody at Zencargo, and they’ll say that one of the main reasons they love working here is because of the people. 

No matter how much technology an organisation uses to achieve its goals, it’s the passionate people behind it who create and build a healthy and thriving business. 

Using a roadmap created from our values, we strive to ensure that everybody is working in a safe space that helps keep them engaged. We aim to help our people deliver their best, and we collaborate together for optimal outcomes.
